Mountain guide and ski instructor

Simon Origone offers his experience in activities such as mountain guide, ski instructor and heli-rescue

I was born and raised in Champoluc and dwelling always at the foot of Monte Rosa It was easy for me to fall in love with the mountain and turn this passion into a job. I moved into reality what was in my dream since I was a child: become a mountain guide and ski instructor, and perhaps a ski champion.

In 1998 I obtained the certificate of alpine ski instructor. I started to work at the ski school of Champoluc and later I also gained the title of Coach.

In 2000 I become a mountain guide and in 2001 I specialized myself as heli-rescuer of the Aosta Valley Mountain Rescue.

Since then, in addition to the races, I carry out these activities on the whole territory of the Aosta Valley. I put my expertise and my skills at the service of anyone who wants to discover the wonders of Mont Blanc, Gran Paradiso, Matterhorn, Monte Rosa… and so on.

During the year you can experience with me all these mountain activities for everyone: adults and children. In the winter I can go with you in all the ski areas of the Aosta Valley to spend wonderful days surrounded by the snow with ski lessons at all levels, powder skiing, heliskiing, alpine ski and snowshoeing.

During Sping, Summer and Fall we can do together a simple or hard climbing, spend one or more hiking days on easy paths toward refuges and unique bivouacs scattered in different valleys. We could climb on the beautiful peaks over 4000 meters above sea level reaching the top of Europe or climb the steep slopes of the Matterhorn.
